Many of our fixed appliances can also be fabricated as removeable appliances. By removing the applaince the Orthodontist can enhance the activation of the appliance and springs and then reinsert into the sheaths. During fabribaction of the appliance we will attach tubing/slots/sheaths to the fixed bands on the lingual of the molars to allow for removal/insertion of the appliance.
